Adding onto this, because a lot of short-ranged bosses are Floating, Delinquent Cat is useful for a large number of early stages and, when decently leveled, he can take on many of the Cyclone, Bun Bun and Face variants. Delinquent Cat has high health, decent range and high DPS, along with the ability to freeze Floating enemies and a multi-hit to increase his activation chance.
